Your Varmala and Pheras are the heart of your wedding. I ensure these sacred rituals flow beautifully, handling the coordination so you can focus entirely on the promises you are making.

About this collection

A seamless phera doesn't just happen; it is the result of a minute-by-minute technical run-sheet. Whether it is coordinating the entry music, managing the priest's microphone levels, or ensuring the petal shower hits at the exact second you exchange garlands, my team handles the cues so you stay completely present in the moment.

The ceremony is where the weight of the wedding truly hits, and it is usually the part that requires the most precision. My role is to be the invisible hand that makes sure the ritual remains sacred rather than stressful.

From the moment the groom arrives at the baraat to the final vidai hug, I manage the flow. This includes working with the decorator to ensure your mandap is ready, checking sound levels for the pheras, and ensuring your guests are comfortably seated. I have coordinated ceremonies at venues like ITC Maratha and Taj Lands End, where we managed everything from the guest flow to the specialized ritual requirements.

My team acts as the 'shadow' for the couple during these hours, ensuring you are fed, hydrated, and ready for your next cue without you ever having to check your phone. We also manage the logistical elements like local transport for priests or specialized ritual materials. If you have a specific vision for your phera entry or a particular way you want your Varmala to be captured, I work with the photographers and choreographers to align the timing. My goal is to make sure that when you look back at these moments, you remember the emotion and the joy, not the chaos of managing vendors or logistics.
