Outdoor Toddler Photography in Mumbai

Running around in an open space is often what toddlers need to feel comfortable in front of a camera. When we move away from the studio and into a garden or beach in the western suburbs of Mumbai, the stiff posing disappears and their genuine personalities come out.

I plan these sessions to last between 60 and 90 minutes. We time it strictly around golden hour, typically between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM, because that is when the light is softest. Since these are outdoor shoots, I bring along props that fit the setting, such as vintage metal pedal cars, wooden crates, and picnic baskets. I provide two outfit changes for your child, usually focusing on suspenders, dungarees, or simple floral dresses that look timeless against nature.

If you are planning to book, please keep in mind that I do not cover individual park entry fees or permit charges. It is usually best if you choose a location you and your kids are familiar with, as that helps them settle in faster. I always have a studio assistant with me to help with the logistics, meaning you can focus on playing with your little ones while I capture the candid family moments. Whether it is a beachside session or a quiet corner in a park, the goal is to capture movement and joy. These sessions are ideal for active kids who might find the stillness of a studio environment a bit challenging.
