While studio shoots rely on props and posing, outdoor photography in Mumbai is about the interaction between your family and the space around you. We might start with a plan, but if your little one decides the most interesting thing in the park is a specific flower or a passing butterfly, that is where we go.

Chasing the Golden Hour

For outdoor sessions, timing is everything. We generally schedule these shoots during the early morning or late afternoon. This is when the sun sits lower in the sky, providing a soft, diffused light that is flattering for skin tones and creates that dreamy, warm aesthetic. Harsh midday sun creates unflattering shadows, so I always recommend planning around these softer windows.

What to Expect

• Flexibility is Key: A toddler in a park will be a toddler. They will run, they might get grass on their clothes, and they will likely have their own agenda. I follow their lead.
• Comfort First: We choose locations where you and your children feel safe and relaxed. Whether it is a quiet corner of a public park or a lush private garden, the goal is for you to feel like you are just enjoying a family day out, not working for a photo.
• Be Prepared: Bring comfortable footwear, snacks, and water. Outdoor shoots involve more walking and activity than indoor sessions, and keeping everyone happy and hydrated is the best way to ensure we get those genuine, relaxed smiles.
