About Double the Joy
Managing two babies at once in the studio requires a specific rhythm. We work around their nap times and hunger cues, ensuring we get the perfect shot without overwhelming them. Whether they are sleeping side by side or having a mini conversation with each other, I focus on the connection between them first, letting the posing happen naturally around their comfort.
Photographing twins requires extra patience and a team approach to ensure safety and comfort. In my Goregaon West studio, we prioritize a calm environment. I always have an assistant on standby, especially for our twin sessions, to spot the babies and keep them engaged. This allows me to focus entirely on composition and capturing those fleeting interactions between siblings.
Themes and Styling We keep the setups clean to avoid visual clutter. For twins, simplicity often works best, using soft textures, neutral blankets, or coordinated outfits that highlight their unique features rather than hiding them. I have a wide collection of outfits and props available in the studio, so you do not need to bring extra items unless you want to.
Scheduling and Flow Scheduling is everything. We generally plan shoots during their awake and happy windows, usually mid-morning after a good feed. If one baby is fussy, we simply pause the session. The studio is equipped with plenty of space so we do not need to rush the changing process. You are there to enjoy the experience, not to race against the clock.
Family Inclusion While the focus is on the twins, parents are always invited to jump in. These sessions are about the entire tribe. Whether you want a clean minimalist portrait or a fun, playful theme, we ensure the pace is relaxed and enjoyable.
