Sunday Poolside Brunch
The Spread
- Extensive Buffet: Spans indoor and outdoor areas with 10+ live counters including wood-fired pizzas, BBQ grills (chicken, sausages), and a Mexican taco station.
- Cold Station: Salad bar, cold cuts, and a cheese platter with Gouda, Edam, and Feta.
- Dessert Studio: Pastries, Indian mithai, and the signature 22-year-old recipe Mud Cake.
- Kid's Zone: Dedicated section with milder food options.
The Liquid (Tiered)
- Sober: Unlimited mocktails, fresh juices, and aerated beverages.
- Brew: Unlimited draught beer (Craft/Geist) and house wines.
- Tipsy: Unlimited premium spirits (Scotch, Vodka, Gin), tequila cocktails, and sparkling wine.
Amenities
- Pool Access: Full access to the swimming pool (swimwear required).
- Entertainment: Live music performance or DJ set.
Aqua Poolside Drinks & Dinner
Drinks (Approx. 2 rounds)
- Craft Beer: Access to the Taproom menu with ~10 varieties of draught beer including Wheat, Stout, and IPA.
- Signature Cocktails: Focus on Agave spirits (Tequila/Mezcal) and infusions like the Jasmine-infused Negroni.
- Spirits: Standard IMFL and imported options like Single Malts.
Dining
- Small Plates: Bar bites such as Chicken Cordon Bleu pops, loaded nachos, and Gyoza.
- Mains: Thin-crust wood-fired pizzas, gourmet burgers, and grilled platters.
- Setting: Open-air poolside lounge with ambient lighting and electronic music.
3-Course Italian Dinner at Italia
Course 1: Antipasti
- Choice of Italian starters like Caprese Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella, Carpaccio, or Minestrone soup.
- Includes complimentary bread basket (Focaccia/Ciabatta) and dips.
Course 2: Mains
- Handcrafted Pasta: Freshly made Ravioli, Fettuccine, or Risotto with ingredients like Truffle oil or Porcini mushrooms.
- Grills: Grilled Sea Bass, Salmon, Lamb chops, or Tenderloin steak with roasted vegetables.
Course 3: Dolce
- Choice of Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, or Cheesecake.
Beverage
- Includes 1-2 glasses of wine from the cellar or a premium non-alcoholic beverage.
Signature Mud Cake & Coffee
The Dessert
- Mud Cake: One portion of the rich, warm chocolate cake with a molten center.
- Accompaniment: Served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.

My Story
We’re The Park, kinda famous for being India’s first luxury boutique hotel. Walk in and you’ll see that huge black pillar—hand-carved, full Hoysala vibes, with a dash of Khajuraho drama. Our walls?
