About Curated Dining Experiences (Chef Pop-ups)
We’re a glasshouse that feels more like a stage than a restaurant. I love bringing adventurous chefs into our sunlit space, where food isn’t just eaten - it’s performed and shared, almost like quiet theatre. Every curated dining experience is a one-off, a memory on a plate that’s gone in a flash.
What Happens Here
- Watch chefs cook right in front of you - the open kitchen is part of the action.
- Menus change constantly. Maybe it’s a modern twist on Goan flavours one week, and a Japanese ramen deep dive the next.
- I host everything from short chef pop-ups to longer food residencies. Some nights, the chef even walks you through each dish, sharing stories that make each bite mean something more.
What You’ll Find
- Regional cuisine pop-up events: Goan, Lucknowi, Bengali, and more. Sometimes it’s global - Mexican spice, Italian soul, French technique.
- Concept menus pop up too - think all-mango feasts or fermentation explorations.
- It’s an immersive chef showcase, not your usual dinner out. You get close to the action and maybe even closer to the chef’s wild ideas.
Just So You Know
These experiences are limited-time food events and tend to sell out quickly. If you spot something that excites you, better not wait too long. Come hungry and ready for something different.

My Story
I’m not just four walls and chairs. I’m The Conservatory, a glasshouse for flavours and stories. Chefs bring their wildest menus, diners bring curiosity, and together we build a community. From Japanese tasting pop-ups to Goan memories plated with care, every event shapes me. Sometimes it’s Paris, sometimes the Himalayas, always something new. Here, you see the hustle, the plating, the tiny wins, and the magic that happens when food and memory meet.
