My Cake Journey
I started baking with a simple thought - ‘Ek cake hi toh...banake dekhti kya hi ho jayega...’ (It's just a cake, let's see what happens). Now, every cake I make is a piece of my story. I know the effort behind each one, and I let my cakes do the talking. Sometimes people say, ‘Bhai pls kar le bhai..’ (Bro, go ahead and try), and I just smile.

Your cake should match your vibe. I do everything from cartoon theme birthday cakes (Tom & Jerry, Lightning McQueen, anime, pandas) to grown-up themes like cricket, travel, stock market, or even a Mahindra Thar or Jack Daniel’s bottle. If you want something cheeky for a bachelorette or meme-inspired, I’m game. For big moments, I make multi-tier wedding cakes, milestone birthdays, and cute Bento mini cakes for those small wins.

Hi, I’m Sarita Singh. Honestly, I just thought, 'Ek cake hi toh hai, bana ke dekhte hai' (It's just a cake, let's try making it). That’s how The Dessert Chowk started in 2020—by accident, really! Didn’t know much at first, plum cake was a flop, but kept learning. Now, every order feels like a big thank you from my TDC family. Not perfect, but always real. Baking is my happy place.
