About Chocolate Heaven
I don't believe in ready-made ganache. For every chocolate order, I prepare a fresh batch of rich chocolate ganache from scratch. It takes more time, but the difference in smoothness and flavour is something you will taste in every single slice.
Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, or just a Tuesday craving, my chocolate cakes are my absolute favourite to bake. Everything at The Dessert Chowk is 100% eggless, so there are no compromises on texture or richness.
Why my chocolate cakes hit different:
- Fresh Ganache Only: I see some places using pre-mixes, but I prefer the old-school way. I melt, mix, and temper my chocolate fresh for every order. That glossy finish you see on my truffle cakes is just pure, quality chocolate and a lot of patience.
- Beyond Basic Chocolate: While a classic Chocolate Truffle is the crowd-favourite, I love experimenting. If you are a coffee fan, my Mocha Chocolate cake is a must-try. For the hazelnut lovers, the Nutella Mousse cake with roasted hazelnuts adds that perfect crunch you did not know you needed.

Ordering & Pickup
I bake out of my home in Malad West. Since these are fresh, small-batch bakes, a little heads-up goes a long way. You can pick up your order directly from me in Malad, or I can arrange delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. No mass production here, just honest, heartfelt baking that tastes like it came straight out of a friend's kitchen.
