These are real mini cakes, usually 4 inches wide and about 300 to 400 grams, which makes them just right for one or two people. They come tucked into cute, eco-friendly clamshell boxes with a tiny wooden spork, so you can literally celebrate anywhere, whether it is a quick office birthday or a surprise anniversary treat.
I started The Dessert Chowk because I wanted to prove that you do not need a huge party to have a great cake. My bento cakes are not just scaled down versions of big cakes. They are custom designed, 100% eggless, and made with the same passion as my tiered masterpieces.
