Quiet Moments & Couple Portraits: Your Love, Unposed
Whether it is a stolen glance on your wedding day or a dedicated pre-wedding shoot, I capture the honest connection between you two. No stiff posing, just pure chemistry.

I love the pure joy in this black and white candid. It’s the unposed, real laughter that makes the best couple portraits.

About Quiet Moments & Couple Portraits
Most people worry they will look awkward in front of a camera. I solve that by keeping our sessions incredibly relaxed. We will take a walk, talk about your favourite travel memories, or simply find a quiet corner at your venue where you can forget I am even there. That is when the magic happens—you stop posing and start just being yourselves.
Why I Focus on the 'Quiet'
Weddings are loud. Between the music, the guests, and the rituals, it is easy for you to feel like you are performing for an audience. My approach to couple portraits is to carve out a pocket of silence in that chaos. Whether we are shooting in the grand architecture of a palace in Udaipur or at a quiet home in Mumbai, my goal remains the same: to document how you actually look at each other when no one is watching.
Pre-Wedding vs. Wedding Day Portraits
- Editorial Pre-Wedding Sessions: If you want a more styled look, we can do a 4-6 hour session. These are great for Save-the-Dates or just to get comfortable with my camera before the wedding madness begins. We handle the wardrobe, the lighting, and the concept together.
- Wedding Day Portraits: These are usually shorter, 15-20 minute windows I steal for you during your event. I look for the best natural light or a quiet corridor, and we get those candid, soulful shots without pulling you away from your guests for too long.
A Note on Posing
If you see a photo in my gallery that looks like a pose, it probably wasn't. It was likely me asking you to tell a secret, or recount how you first met. Movement is the enemy of stiff photos. When you are walking, holding hands, or just leaning into each other, your bodies naturally find positions that look real because they are real. That is the 'Cheesecake' secret—I don't direct you, I just set the scene and let you do the rest.
