Candid Family & Emotional Wedding Photography
Weddings are about more than just the couple. They are about the parents, siblings, and friends who helped you get there. Here is how I document the hugs, tears, and proud glances that make a wedding feel like home.
A father's love and a mother's pride. This tearful, loving moment during the Varmala is what wedding photography is all about for me.
A mother's love. A collage showing a warm hug and a sweet kiss for her daughter, the bride. These are the moments that melt my heart.
A tight, emotional hug between the bride and her mother during the Vidaai. A moment heavy with love and emotion.
A beautiful, warm group hug between the bride and her parents. You can feel the love in this photo.
A mother's tender embrace for her son, the groom, on his wedding day. A quiet, powerful moment.
Parents blessing the couple during a traditional Gujarati wedding ceremony. A moment of respect and love.
A quiet, emotional moment between the bride and her mother or mother-in-law during the reception.
An emotional hug between the groom and a family member during the ceremony.
A black and white shot capturing a heartfelt embrace between the groom and his father.
A warm hug from behind, a father embracing his daughter on her wedding day.
About Family is Everything
I don't just stand at the front of the mandap or stage. I spend my time scanning the crowd for the unscripted stuff—the way a father looks at his daughter during the pheras or that quiet, teary hug between a mother and her son. My goal is to capture the feeling in the room, not just the people in it.
When the music is loud and everyone is dancing, it is easy to miss the quiet moments. That is where I focus my lens. Whether it is a traditional Gujarati, Sindhi, or Punjabi wedding, the emotions are the same. I look for the parents blessing their children, the siblings sharing a private joke, and the bittersweet feelings that come with a Vidaai.
My approach is about being a fly on the wall. By blending into the background, I catch those fleeting expressions that disappear in a second. You will not find stiff, posed family portraits here. Instead, you get images of real interaction that bring back the exact feeling of that day years later. If you want a wedding album that tells the story of your people, not just the decor and the outfits, I am the one you want to talk to.
