What I’m All About
I’m Samiksha, and I bake from the heart in Whitefield, Bangalore. My cakes are always 100% eggless because that's what I believe in – no exceptions, no shortcuts. I’m big on taste, so you’ll never find fondant hiding the cake. Everything I do is with rich ganache or buttery, creamy finishes. I love turning your ideas into cakes that look good and actually make you want seconds.
My Style
- No fondant, no plasticky icing, ever. It’s all about fondant-free cake designs that you’ll actually want to eat.
- I use Australian buttercream and my own ganache for everything - sharp edges, smooth finishes, and modern abstract textures.
- If you want hand-piped flowers or a chocolate overload, I’m your person.
- Need a themed birthday cake? I do those too - superheroes, jungles, racing cars, or anything quirky you dream up.

How It Works
Order at least 2 days ahead so I can do justice to your cake. Pick up is from Vishwapriya Vertical Garden, Whitefield. I also help folks living abroad surprise their family here.
I bake with a lot of love, but I keep it real – the weather here can make soft buttercream tricky, and I don’t use artificial stuff to make things stand up straight in the heat. Taste always comes first.
