When you are planning a major milestone, the cake should be as significant as the occasion. Whether it is a 60th birthday or a special anniversary, I personally manage the structural support and delicate handcrafted elements. For these tiered or complex designs, I request at least 7 to 15 days of notice so I can focus on the specific custom details that make your celebration feel genuinely yours.
Every cake I bake starts in my home studio in Airoli with a single goal: to make your milestone celebration feel personal. I moved away from my corporate MBA path to follow this passion, and today, that means I am personally involved in every stage of your cake's journey.
How I Approach Milestones
Milestone events like 50th birthdays, baptisms, or anniversaries deserve more than a generic design. I love incorporating personal touches, such as edible photos, hand-painted themes, or specific fondant figurines that reflect your life story. My focus is on:
- Structural Integrity: For tiered cakes (3kg+), I use professional internal doweling to ensure your cake stands tall and secure throughout your event.
- Flavor Quality: I use only couverture chocolate and fresh, seasonal fruits. No tinned ingredients here. If you want something specific, like a Raspberry Dark Chocolate or a light Pineapple Cream, let me know.
- Artistic Detail: From gold leaf accents to handmade sugar flowers and palette-knife textured frosting, every design element is made to order.
Practical Details
Since I run a small-batch home bakery in Airoli, I manage a limited number of orders to ensure quality.
- Lead Time: Please book at least 7 to 15 days in advance for tiered or heavy-detail cakes. This gives me time to create custom toppers and plan the design.
- Pickups & Delivery: You can pick up your order directly from my home studio in Airoli, or I can arrange delivery across Navi Mumbai and Thane.
