Because I use fresh, high-quality ingredients like couverture chocolate and seasonal fruits—rather than fondant-heavy covers—every tiered cake requires significant internal structural planning. This is exactly why I need a minimum of 7 to 15 days' notice to ensure your cake is sturdy, beautiful, and ready for your celebration.
