Running this home bakery since 2019 means every single order is made by hand in my Airoli kitchen with zero shortcuts. When I say everything is baked fresh to order, I mean it because I personally handle the whisking and the packaging for each box, ensuring nothing sits on a shelf.

I still remember the first batch of cookies I sold in 2019. Back then, it was just a hobby that made me happy. After finishing my MBA, most people expected me to take a corporate job, but my heart was set on baking. My mother did not say yes immediately, but today, she is my biggest cheerleader.

Every item you see from The Bake House is 100% eggless and made by me. I believe that real taste comes from simple, premium ingredients without any preservatives or cheap fillers. Running a business as a one-person team is hard work.
