Macrame Workshops for Your Next Get-Together
Looking for a fun, creative way to entertain your guests? I bring all the cords, tools, and materials to your venue, so you and your friends can learn to knot and walk away with your own handmade creations.
This is what one of my private macrame workshops looks like. It was such a fun get-together where everyone learned to make their own spiral keychain. Seeing everyone happy with their handmade creations is honestly the best feeling.
Watch how a few simple cords transform into a beautiful evil eye keychain. In my workshops, I guide you through each step, from the first knot to the final tassel. It's a simple, satisfying process, and you get to make something lovely to keep buri nazar away.
Just look at this colorful collection of spiral macrame keychains. These are exactly like the ones you'll make in my workshop. I love seeing all the different color combinations people come up with. Each one is a unique, handmade piece of art you can carry with you.
About Featured
You don't need any prior experience to join these sessions. I bring everything—cords, clasps, and tools—so you just need to bring your friends and a bit of energy. Whether it is a 45-minute express keychain session or a longer workshop for wall hangings, I make sure everyone walks away with a finished piece they actually want to use.
Forget the usual house party games. Hosting a DIY macrame session is a fun, hatke way to keep guests engaged. I started these workshops because I wanted to share that same suqoon (peace) I feel when I am knotting. I travel to your venue across the city, set up the workspace, and guide everyone through the process.
We start with the basics—the Lark’s Head and Spiral knots—so even the most 'not-so-crafty' person in your group will finish with a gorgeous, functional spiral keychain. For smaller, intimate gatherings like bridal showers or birthdays, it is a great icebreaker. If you want something more involved, like a plant hanger or wall hanging, we can go for the 2.5-hour intermediate session.
You handle the venue and the crowd; I handle the mess, the materials, and the guidance. If you are worried about whether your space is 'workshop-ready', don't be. All I need is a table, some chairs, and a happy group of people ready to learn something new.
