Whether you are looking for a fun DIY activity or want to learn the art of knotting, come join me for a session where we turn cotton cords into something beautiful.

This is what pure joy looks like. I recently hosted a macrame workshop for a mermaid-themed birthday party, and the kids had a blast making their very own mermaid keychains. If you're in Bangalore and looking for a unique DIY party idea for any age group, I bring all the materials and guidance to you.

I love making these personalized macrame rainbow wall hangings. This vibrant piece, complete with a custom nameplate, was a special birthday gift for a little girl named Lunasha. It’s a perfect, eco-friendly addition to brighten up any kid's room or nursery.

Want to make this pretty macrame hairband with me? This new rose flower pattern is one of my favorites to teach because it looks so intricate but is actually made with simple square knot variations. It's a fun project for beginners in my workshops.

We've all been there, right? You follow a tutorial, but your cords end up too short. Don't worry. In this video, I share a simple trick I teach in my workshops for neatly adding extra cord to your macrame projects so you can finish your piece perfectly.

This cute little macrame plant hanger is one of the most popular projects in my beginner workshops. It's a simple, elegant piece of boho decor that fits a small 3 to 4 inch pot and can instantly add a touch of green to any corner of your home or office.

Come make a macrame bag with me. This video shows the process of creating the fringe and finishing a beautiful, hand-knotted bag. These boho-style bags are eco-friendly, sustainable, and a project we can tackle in a more advanced workshop.

Getting into the festive spirit by making a pretty macrame Christmas ornament. These are wonderful for DIY Diwali or Christmas decor workshops. We can create beautiful, handmade decorations like this to make your celebrations extra special.

About this collection

The first thing we learn is that things rarely go perfectly on the first try, and that is okay. Kabhi kabhi cord galat kat dete hain ya ulta ho jata hai (sometimes you cut the cord wrong or it flips), but I teach you the specific tricks to fix those mistakes so you always leave with a finished piece you actually love.

My workshops are designed for anyone who wants to try something creative, even if you have never picked up a cord before. I keep the environment relaxed because I believe that learning a new skill should be fun, not intimidating. Whether you are hosting a birthday party in Bangalore or just want to spend a quiet afternoon learning to make your own home decor, we will go through the basics together.

For smaller groups or individuals, I offer two main formats. My introductory macrame accessories workshop lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and focuses on items like keychains, earrings, or coasters. If you want something more intensive, the advanced home decor masterclass runs for 3 to 4 hours and covers the structural techniques needed for wall hangings or plant hangers. For parties and events, I provide a streamlined 60 to 90 minute session with pre-cut materials so everyone gets to take home a finished piece like a mini rainbow or a bag tag without the stress.

I bring all the materials, including 3mm to 5mm cotton cords, beads, and dowels, directly to your location. You do not need to bring anything except your curiosity. We will talk about cord thickness, how to achieve that perfect fringe, and how to hide those loose ends that inevitably pop up. If you are looking to add a touch of handmade charm to your space, we can work on everything from simple plant hangers to intricate wall tapestries. Let me know what you want to create, and we will figure out the best project for your group.
