Who We Are
I’m Vishakha, and The Pretty Knot is just me and my mom, sitting together, making each piece by hand. People ask, “Kyun itna mehnat?” (Why so much effort?) but for us, it’s about the joy and pyaar (love) in slow fashion. Nothing here comes from a factory - every cardigan starts as a story.
Our Cardigans
We make cozy, stylish stuff that feels special. Our two main cardigans:
- Plum Puff Cardigan: Super soft, premium wool, with puff sleeves. Feels warm, looks unique, and honestly, bahut exclusive hai (very exclusive) - limited edition only.
- Moonlight Cardigan: V-neck, button-down, decorated with big handmade daisy flowers. Free size fits M to XXL. It’s cheerful and a little hatke (different).
Custom Orders
If you want a custom knitted sweater or need your cardigan in a different color, just let us know. We actually love getting creative with requests - whether it’s a tiny tweak or a whole new design.
The Handmade Touch
It’s just the two of us, from picking the best wool to the last stitch. I believe, “pehle majdoor bano, phir malkin” (first be a worker, then a boss). No mass production - only care and patience. That’s the slow fashion India needs.

My Story
Hey, Vishakha here from The Pretty Knot. This little biz is me and my mom, working late nights, tying knots and dreams together. People ask why I work so hard, 'Papa ki pari banne ke umar me, small business kholke raat ke 2 baje tak majduri kar rahi hu' (should be daddy’s princess, instead I’m hustling till 2 AM).
