The i-SPORTS Methodology
Our approach is twofold: on-court technical perfection and off-court athletic dominance.
- On-Court Precision: We use multi-shuttle feeding to force rapid reaction times. We break down your movement, fixing your lunge recovery and ensuring your stroke mechanics are efficient and powerful.
- Science-Backed S&C: Badminton is an endurance sport. We use resistance training, plyometrics, and hypertrophy-focused gym sessions to build the explosive power needed for that match-winning smash. If you aren't training your muscles off the court, you are already losing on it.
