Once the design is set, we move into the technical phase. This includes grading for proper water runoff, dimensioned setting-out plans for construction, and lighting layouts that keep the site functional after sunset.
Our Plant-First Philosophy
We treat planting as a core architectural element, not an afterthought. We work with a palette of over 70 species to ensure resilience and year-round vibrancy. Whether you want a minimal, drought-tolerant aesthetic or a wild, tropical courtyard featuring plants like Calathea lutea and Pisonia alba, we map every tree, shrub, and groundcover to ensure the design thrives in Bangalore's specific soil and climate. We are on-site during the build to ensure the plants, pathways, and hardscape come together exactly as planned.
