I started Kalasthree to design clothes that actually fit real bodies, not standard charts. Whether it is your wedding outfit or turning an old saree into a modern dress, I design pieces that tell your story.
This moment is why I do what I do. For my own wedding, I designed our outfits to be a true reflection of us. I created my own sleeveless blouse to feel like myself, a matching dhoti set for my husband, and a custom kurta for my son. I believe in creating clothes for your most important memories.

A family that celebrates together, should shine together. I designed these coordinated outfits for my wedding day, a custom pink and purple saree look for me, and matching traditional wear for my husband and son. I create bespoke outfits for the entire family for any occasion.
Who says workwear has to be boring? I designed and created this entire pantsuit, including the brocade corset, to prove that power dressing can be personal. I make bespoke western and Indo-Western outfits that are tailored to your body and your style.
I love finding new ways to wear traditional fabrics. This is a shirt I designed using a Narayanpet handloom fabric, turning a saree's soul into a sharp, indo-formal piece. It’s perfect for when you want a look that is both unique and professional.
This is what upcycling looks like. I transformed one of my old sarees into this flowing yellow skirt, paired here with a simple tube top. It’s a perfect example of how we can give your cherished fabrics a second life as a completely new, modern piece.
A simple red saree elevated by a blouse that truly fits. I designed this custom blouse with a unique neckline and delicate gold trim to perfectly complement the saree. My goal is to make you feel effortlessly beautiful in every outfit.
About this collection
Everything here is about the fit. I do not follow standard size charts because no two bodies are alike. When you come to me, we sit down with a sketchbook, discuss the necklines that feel right for you, and we build your pattern from scratch. It is not just about the clothes; it is about making sure that when you put it on, you feel like yourself.
I started Kalasthree because I was tired of fashion that did not fit my body. My work covers everything from wedding ensembles to daily fusion wear. If you have an old saree that has been sitting in your cupboard, I love the challenge of upcycling it into a modern dress, skirt, or corset. It is about honoring the memory of the fabric while creating something you will actually wear.
For wedding wear, I work with both women and men, focusing on coordination and comfort. We skip the cookie-cutter designs. Instead, we look at your event theme, your personal style, and we construct something that works for you. Whether you need a sharp pantsuit for work or a lehenga for a family wedding in Bengaluru, I focus on technique, like adding proper structure, canvas fusing, and high-quality linings, so the piece lasts. My studio in Padmanabhanagar is where we chat, sketch, and bring those ideas to life. You do not need to know exactly what you want when you walk in; that is what our consultation is for.
