Wardrobe Audit, Declutter & Upcycling Consultation
Session Details
- Duration: Up to 4 hours of in-person consultation at your home (Bangalore limits) or at the studio.
- The Audit: Rigorous sorting of the wardrobe into three specific categories: Wear Now, Upcycle/Alter, and Donate.
Styling Deliverables
- Mix-Match Creation: Styling 15+ fresh ensembles using current clothes (e.g., pairing work shirts with skirts or sarees with jackets).
- Lookbook: Photos taken on your phone of these new combinations for future reference.
- Gap Analysis: A curated list of 4-5 missing essential items needed to complete the wardrobe.
Sustainability & Coaching
- Heirloom Revival: Identifying 3-5 old silks or Banarasis and sketching design concepts to turn them into lehengas or suits.
- Confidence Coaching: Mini-session on body neutrality and fabric care for vintage textiles.
Single Event Styling & Vendor Coordination
Concept & Sourcing
- Theme Analysis: Designing a look that blends traditional roots with modern comfort based on the event type.
- Outfit Strategy: Selection of the perfect ensemble from your existing wardrobe or designing a custom piece (stitching separate).
- Jewellery Pairing: Curating the exact accessories needed by mixing real gold, silver, or costume jewelry.
Beauty Direction
- Glamour Brief: Specific recommendations for hair and makeup styles to communicate to your makeup artist.
- Floral Styling: Advice on adding traditional flowers like Moggina Jade in a contemporary way.
Execution
- Draping Style: Deciding the specific drape of the saree or dupatta to flatter your body type for photos.
- Virtual Check-in: A 15-minute video call on the day of the event for final adjustments.
1-on-1 Corporate Saree Draping Tutorial
Technical Training
- Duration: 2 hours of hands-on practice at the studio.
- Draping Styles: Learning 3 specific drapes: The crisp Boardroom Nivi, the Indo-Western Cowl, and the Hands-Free drape.
- Movement Test: Verification that you can walk, sit, and drive comfortably in the drape.
Office Styling
- Blouse Alternatives: Techniques for pairing sarees with formal shirts, crop tops, and blazers.
- Accessory Selection: Guidance on choosing appropriate watches, minimal jewelry, and footwear for corporate environments.
Customization
- Body Type Adjustment: Customizing pleat placement and pallu length based on your height and shape.
Custom Garment Design & Body Shape Analysis
Design Scope
- Body Analysis: Comprehensive measurements and shape analysis (Pear, Apple, Hourglass) to determine flattering silhouettes.
- Sketching: Creation of a rough hand-drawn sketch of the garment with detailing on cuts and embroidery.
- Fabric Consultation: Assessing client-brought fabric or recommending specific textiles like Organza or Silk.
