About this collection
Getting a kurta that does not bunch at the shoulders or feel boxy is rare. When I design your menswear, I start with your specific measurements, not a standard size chart, and select breathable fabrics that handle the Bengaluru climate. It is about creating an outfit that looks formal but feels as comfortable as your favorite shirt.
Kalasthree started because I could not find clothes that fit me, so I began making my own. That same philosophy now applies to my menswear collection. I have realized that men often compromise on fit for the sake of standard sizes, which ruins the look of a good fabric.
My approach to menswear is simple: it needs to be practical, comfortable, and a reflection of your personality. Whether you need a classic kurta for a festive gathering, a sharp sherwani for a wedding, or a fusion outfit for a work event, we start with a blank page. I handle the pattern making myself to ensure the shoulder seams sit right, the armholes provide range of motion, and the length complements your build.
I love working with handloom fabrics and natural materials because they age better and look more authentic. If you are planning a wedding, I can also coordinate the menswear with the bridal or family outfits to ensure everyone looks like part of the same story. My studio is in Padmanabhanagar, and I prefer to sit down for a consultation first to understand what you actually like, rather than pushing what is currently trending.
