Coaching goes beyond the gym. From officiating pro bouts as an Indian Boxing Council referee to training fighters for the ring, I bring real experience to your corner.

I don't always need gloves to control the fight. Here I am in my referee uniform, officiating a professional bout. My experience as a ring official gives me a deep understanding of fight strategy and rules.

Guiding with grit, coaching with soul. Here I am in the corner with my fighter, pushing him through a tough round. My job is to empower my students with resilience and guide them with compassion.

This is the best feeling for a coach. I'm incredibly proud to have coached this champion to victory in Bangladesh. We prepare for these moments with countless hours of hard work and dedication.

This is a look back at my own boxing career. It was full of ups and downs, but boxing has taught me everything. Now, I use that experience to train the next generation of fighters to win big and make India proud.

A throwback to a successful boxing event in Sikkim. I was honored to be recognized for my contributions. Being part of events like this, both as a coach and an official, is a huge part of my journey.

I had a great time coaching this champion, Ashok Patil, at the very first professional boxing event in Pune. I look forward to being a part of many more events that help grow the sport in India.

One with the champions. Here I am with the current WBC India and Asian title holders. I'm super proud of these fighters who are making India proud in professional boxing.

About this collection

The biggest difference between training and winning is how you react when you are tired in the third round. When I am in your corner, we do not just practice drills. We simulate the pressure of a real fight so you know exactly how to reset, breathe, and counter when your opponent leaves an opening.

Being a former national boxer gives me a unique perspective. I have been in the ring, felt the nerves, and handled the highs and lows. Now, I use that experience as an Indian Boxing Council referee and coach to guide my students through the demands of professional bouts.

When we prepare for competition, we focus on ring craft. This means understanding how to control the center, using the ropes strategically, and scoring points that matter. I break down professional scoring criteria so you know why you are winning or losing a round.

My training is not just about sweat. It is about mental toughness. I teach you to manage adrenaline so you do not burn out early. Whether you are aiming for your first amateur tournament or moving into the professional circuit, the preparation remains the same, which is discipline, repetition, and a fighter's mindset. I provide video analysis of our sparring sessions so we can sit down and identify the specific defensive gaps we need to close before your next fight.

Ram Ram, I am Tejas. I spent years in the ring before an injury forced me to pivot, but that journey taught me everything I know about grit. Today, I do not just teach technique. I build fighters who understand the chess match that boxing really is.
