This is Kanasu, a home where my design philosophy comes to life. I believe a house should be a sanctuary, perfectly blended with the nature of namma Bengaluru, where light and shadow play across surfaces, and every detail matters.
I design homes with spaces that breathe. This double-height dining area in the Kanasu residence connects vertically and opens horizontally to the outdoors, creating a sense of grandeur and seamless flow for family life.
For me, architecture must respect the land. In the 'Between Two Trees' project, I designed the entire home around the existing, mature trees, making them the heroes of the story rather than obstacles.
The heart of a home is often a central courtyard. Here, traditional Chettinad pillars ground the modern open-plan living space, creating a tranquil core that connects the entire family.
I love the honesty of raw materials. The facade of 'The Mantle' uses a combination of textured concrete and a warm wooden screen, creating a bold, modern statement that feels both strong and natural.
Photography is just light remembering itself. I use architectural elements like these fins to cast stellar patterns of light and shadow, turning a simple staircase into a dynamic experience that changes throughout the day.
Looking up through a skylight in the 'Drishya' home. I design these openings to the sky not just for light, but to make you pause and notice the beauty in the everyday, connecting you with the world outside.
Luxury is also about the experience. A rooftop terrace with a pool, like this one at the Kanasu residence, extends the living space outdoors, offering a private escape with views of the city.

About Luxury Residential Architecture

My Approach

I believe every detail matters. For me, a home isn’t just walls and a roof - it’s about how light falls in the morning, how breeze moves through a room, and how you feel surrounded by nature. Architecture should make you pause and notice the little things. I call this 'Technoarchitecture' - not about tech, but about designing with respect for the land, especially the green spaces of namma Bengaluru.

How I Design Luxury Residences

  • Homes blend with nature. I hate cutting trees, so I design around them, using lush balconies and facades that merge into the greenery.
  • Light and shadow are a big deal for me. Expect airy spaces, big skylights, jaali screens, and double-height rooms that shift in mood as the day goes by.
  • I love raw, honest materials - you'll see exposed concrete, clay bricks, Corten steel, and teak wood. Their textures age beautifully, adding real character.
  • My layouts are open and flowing. Living, dining, and kitchen spaces connect, making the house feel spacious and social.
  • Central courtyard is often the heart - a private green lung, sometimes with a water body or old-school Chettinad pillars, tying the whole home together.

What You Can Expect

  • Nature integrated luxury homes that feel calm and rooted.
  • Open floor plan luxury houses with spaces that breathe.
  • A team that listens to your kanasu (dream) and builds it with care, handling everything from sketches to handing over the keys.

If you want a home where the details truly matter, and the outdoors feels just as inviting as the indoors, that's what I do.

My Story

Rajesh here, but really, we’re the Techno family. Been at this since 2003, chasing that idea—GOD IS IN THE DETAILS. I’m obsessed with trees, especially in namma bengaluru, and every house we touch, we try to bring that green, that feeling. A home should feel like your own ‘Kanasu’ (dream), not just a box. Always searching, always inspired, whether it’s Mandu’s history or Venice’s wild designs. The hunt for something real never ends.
