An academy is only as strong as its coaching team. I train instructors to become mentors by sharing our proven TSG system, bridging the gap between technical swing theory and real-world athlete development.

Knowledge sharing is a two-way street. It was a pleasure hosting coach Folker from the Netherlands, who observed our team-based coaching model and shared his own valuable insights on mentoring young players.

Here, I discuss the importance of "failing the right way" with visiting coach Folker. We believe that for players to improve, they must have the courage to try new techniques on the course, even if it leads to failure.
