Inside Our Academy Ecosystem
This is where we build complete athletes. See the daily reality of our training culture, the mentorship provided to our students, and our commitment to holistic development.
Our tournaments are designed as learning experiences. Here, junior players go through a structured warm-up routine before their round.

About Additional Work
We do not just teach golf swings. Our routine integrates high-performance fitness, mental conditioning, and dedicated study time to build resilient athletes. From post-round physiotherapy to data-driven range analysis, every moment at the academy is intentional and focused on long-term development.
Building a champion requires more than hitting thousands of balls. The photos in this gallery capture the 'TSG Way'—our systematic approach to athletic development.
Holistic Athlete Development
Our programs go beyond the technical aspects of golf. We place heavy emphasis on physical readiness, utilizing sports science to reduce injury risk and increase longevity. You will see our students engaged in resistance training, dynamic warm-ups, and recovery sessions—habits we instill from the junior level upward.
The Role of Technology and Mentorship
We eliminate guesswork. Whether it is using TrackMan for swing data or collaborating on tournament strategy, our coaching is evidence-based. Equally important is the mentorship aspect. I work closely with my senior coaches to ensure that the guidance provided on the practice green is consistent, empowering, and aimed at fostering an independent, thinking player.
Academy Culture
What happens off the course matters just as much. We integrate study time and structured nutrition into the day, treating golf as part of a larger, disciplined life. This environment, whether at Clover Greens or our Kolar facility, is designed for players who are committed to the grind. We are not looking for hobbies. We are building a foundation for competitive success, and that starts with the habits we build today.
