My Approach to Facility Development
- Site Feasibility & Architecture: I conduct on-site assessments to study wind patterns and terrain, ensuring driving ranges, target greens, and studio spaces are positioned to mimic real-world championship conditions. This includes contouring advice for short game areas (5,000–10,000 sq ft) to test complexity and touch.
- Technology Integration: We move beyond basic equipment. I coordinate the procurement and layout of essential tech stacks—TrackMan 4, SAM PuttLab, and high-speed video setups—integrating them into high-performance studios designed with proper lighting and acoustics.
- Agronomy Advisory: Success starts underfoot. I provide recommendations on grass types, such as Bermuda or Paspalum, tailored to your local climate to ensure sustainable, high-quality playing surfaces year-round.
- Operational Framework: A great facility needs a business model. I assist with revenue projection, student capacity planning, and staffing, including drafting job descriptions and interviewing your Head Coach and Sports Science team.
