My Vision for Indian Golf Development

I am redefining how we build golfers in India. It requires more than just technique, it demands a total shift in discipline, data-backed training, and a fearless, high-performance mindset.

My dream was to be a tournament winner, but life had other plans. Now, my focus is on helping you understand what it takes to be the best in the world, which requires working harder, eating better, and sleeping more than everyone else.

I believe parents need to give their children the freedom to experiment under pressure. This fuels creativity, and creative golf is fun golf, which is why they fell in love with the game in the first place.

I encourage my players to be bold. Use tournaments to learn how to be your best self, not just to place. Hitting the tough shots and attacking tight flags is what builds the X-factor needed for international tours.

We are building more than just golfers; we are building character. The ultimate satisfaction is the possibility that we might have contributed in some small way to one of these kids one day standing on an Olympic podium.

Changing an elite golfer's swing is a difficult process that requires trust and teamwork. I explain how our collaborative coaching approach allows us to identify issues and build a player's swing back, piece by piece, based on their essential blueprint.

To play on tours like the LPGA, you need speed and fearlessness. I encourage my young female players to focus on hitting the ball hard first; control and scoring can be developed later, but speed must be built into the system from a young age.

To break the narrative of golf being an exclusive sport, we need more system-driven academies. We have created a successful model, and if we can replicate this, we will create the space for countless players to evolve.

Real growth in golf starts at the grassroots. While I enjoy teaching elite players, my focus is also on getting more kids interested in the game, building the base of the pyramid to ensure a strong future for the sport.

My academy is built on the premise that discipline leads to excellence. We have created a safe environment where students learn to live like champions long before they become one, and where they are encouraged to learn through failure.

On Teachers' Day, I reflect on our philosophy. We strive to be mentors, not just instructors, inspiring our students to be the best version of themselves every day. That is the most gratifying part of our job.

About My Vision for Indian Golf

My approach is built on a specific, non-negotiable principle: talent alone is insufficient. When I consult on academy setups or coach development, we start by fixing the infrastructure—proper range orientation, wind analysis, and specific technology integration—before we even touch a swing. This is not about building a camp, it is about creating a facility that mirrors the rigor of international tours.
