About this collection
We structure our sessions around the principle that progress must be measured, not just felt. At our Kengeri facility, we use a specific ball progression system—starting with Red Balls for juniors to ensure correct grip and contact mechanics—before advancing to Orange and Green Dot balls. This prevents the common mistake of rushing into competitive play without the necessary technical foundation.
Our Training Philosophy
We believe in a holistic blend of Mind, Nutrition, Fitness, Technique, and Tactics. We do not believe in overtraining or under training, but rather in training the right way for your specific development stage. Whether you are an Under-10 beginner or a competitive athlete aiming for the ITF circuit, our method remains the same.
The Components of Our Training
- Technical Foundation: We prioritize the basics. For tennis, this means repetitive stroke mechanics and understanding court geometry. For our team sports like football and cricket, we emphasize fundamental ball control and movement drills.
- Fitness & Conditioning: Physical capability dictates your performance under pressure. Our sessions include dedicated 30-minute fitness slots focusing on lateral speed, explosive power, and footwork, essential for keeping your heart rate high and stamina up during match play.
- Holistic Integration: Sports is not just about muscle. We integrate Yoga and mental conditioning into our curriculum to improve flexibility, focus, and resilience. This keeps our students grounded and prevents burnout.
- Structured Progression: Every athlete follows a roadmap. We use video analysis to correct stroke play and provide periodic assessments to track your growth against our methodology, rather than just raw results.
By keeping our coach-to-student ratios low—between 1:2 to 1:8 depending on the program—we ensure that every player receives the individual correction required to improve. Our clay courts provide the perfect environment for this, offering a slower surface that rewards patience and tactical play.
