A successful project starts with understanding the client's needs. Here I am in a design discussion, walking the client through the architectural plans on screen to ensure we are perfectly aligned on the vision.
My work takes me across the country. This clip is from a site visit for a new apartment interior project in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. I personally assess the initial condition to plan the transformation accurately.
This video shows a building actively under construction. I am always on site to supervise the progress, ensuring the structural integrity and quality of work from the foundation to the finishing touches.
Attention to detail is key in my work. This is a technical drawing showing the facade detailing for an exposed brick wall with a jali screen, illustrating how I plan for both aesthetics and proper construction.
To find the perfect fixtures for a project, I conduct thorough market surveys. This video shows a visit to a lighting market, exploring a wide variety of designer hanging lights, wall lights, and artistic fixtures to match the project's theme.
Selecting the right materials is crucial for the final look. Here, my team and I are reviewing various samples of exposed bricks at an exhibition, checking their color, texture, and quality for an upcoming project.

About this collection

We do not just hand over plans, we manage the ground reality so you do not have to manage the chaos.
Our process is designed to remove the ambiguity that usually comes with construction.
1. Understanding Your Vision
We start with a simple conversation, 'hum pehle baith ke aapki soch samajhte hain' (we sit and understand your thinking first). We do not push standard templates. Instead, we listen to how you actually live and design a floor plan that fits your habits, not just current trends.
2. Transparent Planning
You get a clear Bill of Quantities (BOQ) before we break ground. We lay out every cost so there are no surprises or hidden charges later. If you want to make changes or experiment with materials, we are flexible and clear about how that impacts the timeline and budget.
3. Execution & Supervision
This is where we differ from standard contractors. I personally visit the market to select bricks, lights, and finishes, and I am on-site to ensure the structural work matches our drawings. Whether it is a full 3BHK renovation that needs to be delivered in two months or a new villa, we maintain a large team to keep the work moving fast.
4. The Handover
We don't just finish the build. We ensure the home is ready for you to move in. Our goal is to build a rapport where the final handover feels like a celebration, not a formal business transaction.
