About Our Wellness Workshops & Events
When you step into our Bandra studio for these workshops, the city noise disappears. We combine 7-chakra crystal singing bowl sessions with nature visual projections to create an immersive environment. Whether you are joining for a 90-minute sound bath or our 2-hour functional yoga flow, bring a yoga mat and a towel—we take care of the rest, including the hibiscus tea we serve right after to help you ease back into the world.
Our wellness workshops are designed as a shaanti (peace) zone. While our studio is usually buzzing with dance classes, these sessions are dedicated to slowing down. We strip away the high-energy expectations and focus on nervous system regulation and stress relief.
What to Expect
- Immersive Sound Baths: We use 7-chakra crystal singing bowls, wind chimes, and ocean drums. You just lie down, get comfortable, and let the vibrations do the work. The environment is carefully controlled with dim lighting, candles, and nature-themed projections on the walls to help you detach from the city.
- Functional Yoga & Breathwork: Forget about complex poses. We focus on foundational mobility, hip-opening, and spinal health. Our guided breathwork sessions, including Kundalini rhythmic techniques, are specifically chosen to release tension you might be holding in your body.
The Details
Sessions usually run for either 90 minutes (sound bath focus) or 2 hours (yoga and sound bath combined). We keep the batches intimate to ensure everyone feels comfortable. You don't need to be a pro to join—if you feel stressed, tired, or just need to hit the pause button, you are welcome here. We provide the mats and blocks; all you need to bring is yourself, comfortable clothing, and maybe a small blanket for the sound bath portion. We always finish with warm hibiscus tea, giving you a quiet moment to ground yourself before stepping back out onto the busy streets of Bandra.
