About Unique Arts: Aerial, Kalaripayattu & Partner Dance

Our studio brings the raw power of Kalaripayattu and the grace of Aerial Arts together in one space. If you are here for the silks, we provide all the gear and safety mats; just make sure to wear fitted, comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

Beyond The Basics

At Tarangg, we believe movement isn't limited to one genre. This cluster is for those who want to push their physical boundaries and explore disciplines that require focus, strength, and a little bit of fearlessness.

Kalaripayattu with Dipika

If you want to build core strength and discipline, our Kalaripayattu sessions are the way to go. This ancient martial art from Kerala is much more than just self-defense. It improves agility, balance, and mental focus. Whether you join our 'Regulars' batch for steady progress or the 'Intensive' course for a deeper dive, you’ll learn combat-effective strikes, kicks, and evasive maneuvers in a supportive group setting.

Aerial Arts with Aditi Deshpande

Ready to get off the ground? Our Aerial Arts classes involve training on silks and hoops. It is physically demanding, but we start with fundamentals, so you are always safe and supported. It is the perfect way to build upper body strength while feeling like you are defying gravity. We keep our batches small to ensure everyone gets enough attention to learn safely.

Partner Dance Workshops

We also love the social side of movement. From Valentine’s specials to weekend pop-ups, we host workshops where you can learn partner dances like Bachata. You do not need to bring a partner to join, and you definitely do not need to be an expert. These workshops are all about music, connection, and having a great time.

All our sessions take place in our industrial-chic studio in Bandra, designed to give you the right environment to focus on your craft. Whatever level you are at, come for the training and stay for the community.
