About Sweat, Smile, Repeat

Every 60-minute session here is built around a consistent rhythm: 10 minutes of warm-up, 40 minutes of high-energy Bollywood choreography, and 10 minutes of cool-down. We mix cardio with strength drills using light dumbbells or agility ladders, so you are not just dancing—you are actively training. It feels like a weekend party, but you will definitely feel the burn the next day.

Most people walk into our studio thinking they need to be professional dancers. The truth? You just need to have a pulse and a love for music. Our dance fitness batches are designed to get your heart rate up without it feeling like a gruelling workout. Whether it is a trending Bollywood number or an upbeat Bhangra track, we focus on letting loose rather than perfecting every single step.

Safety is a huge priority for us. Since I have a background in movement, I ensure our routines are structured to prevent the common aches and pains often associated with high-impact dance. We operate across Noida (Sector 41/100) and Mayur Vihar Phase-3. Our classes are intentionally kept in group settings of 15 to 25 people.
