3D Design to Finished Home: Our Execution Process
We bridge the gap between initial 3D visualization and the final built space. We do not just plan for aesthetics; we engineer every finish to ensure the reality is as precise as the digital render.
This video shows the seamless transition from our 3D render to the finished living and dining space in Lumen House. It’s a testament to our obsession with perfect finishes and bringing our shared vision to life.
The initial 3D render for the Topaz Bathroom in Lumen House. We visualized the interplay of the luxurious green marble, the white marble vanity, and the soft glow of the pendant lights to perfect the design.
The completed Topaz Bathroom, a perfect match to our render. The natural veining of the marble and the precise installation of every element showcase our commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Another render of the Topaz Bathroom, this time from a different angle, focusing on the shower enclosure and the reflection in the large mirror. These details are crucial for getting the spatial quality just right.
A minimalist design concept for an upcoming project in Parel, Mumbai. This 3D render helps us explore the arrangement of furniture, the flow of natural light, and the overall ambiance of the living space.
This video provides a dynamic walkthrough of our 3D design for a private residence. It allows the client to move through the space virtually, getting a true sense of the layout, scale, and atmosphere we are proposing.
This is a 3D render of a multifunctional guest bedroom concept. We use these visualizations to demonstrate how innovative solutions, like a swiveling TV, will work in practice.
About this collection
We do not build until the details are settled. For our recent work at Lumen House, this meant verifying the specific green marble veining against the render to ensure the bathroom lighting interaction was identical in reality. When we show you a 3D plan, it is a technical blueprint for the final build, not just a visual suggestion.
How We Bridge the Gap
Our design process is driven by the belief that a 3D render is a promise, not a concept. To ensure the final home matches the vision, we manage the entire project in-house. This eliminates the disconnect often found between design firms and contractors.
The Role of 3D Visualization
We use advanced rendering to plan beyond the surface. It is how we test:
- Spatial Zoning: In our Project Acropolis work, we modeled the rotating TV unit to prove it could effectively divide the room into two functional zones without cluttering the floor plan.
- Lighting Quality: We simulate natural light flow and concealed LED placement to avoid dark corners, ensuring the 'quiet luxury' aesthetic is maintained at all hours.
- Material Interaction: By digitally testing the interplay between textures—like Brazilian Avocado quartzite or matte Ash wood—we can refine the material palette before a single piece of furniture is ordered.
Execution and Finish
Once the design is locked, the implementation phase begins. This involves our crew executing the electrical wiring, plumbing, and carpentry to match the exact specifications visualized in our renders. Whether it is a full home transformation or a specific room upgrade, we keep our focus on precision. We do not stop at the floor plan; we oversee the final installation of statement pieces, ensuring that the light, shadow, and functionality you saw on the screen are exactly what you experience in your daily life.
Tank Design
I am Suraj from Tank Design. My team and I focus on architectural precision and quiet luxury, avoiding empty, cold spaces in favor of warmth and function. We build what we design, handling everything from the initial floor plan to the final paint finish.
