This ranges from navigating physical therapy sessions to keep my body performance-ready, to sourcing the right studios in local hubs like Koramangala or Indiranagar. I don't just teach steps. I build a vibe. That's why I prioritize community feels in my workshops and focus on injury-safe movement patterns in my 1-on-1 coaching.
