A personal thank you message after a successful series of events. My students and the dance community mean the world to me, and I'm so grateful for all the support.
It was an honor to be the Guest of Honour for 'The Showdown Dance Championship'. I am passionate about supporting emerging talent and contributing to the dance community.
Thrilled to be a judge for the 'Rhythmia' dance competition. My experience as a performer and founder of my own national-level competition gives me a unique eye for talent.
About My Dance Journey
People see the final performance, but the magic happens during those rehearsal hours. Whether I'm judging 'Rhythmia' or directing a shoot for a family sangeet, I focus on the same thing: making sure every person on that floor feels like the main character. It's not just about the steps; it's about the confidence you carry after the music stops.
Behind the Scenes of a Performance
A lot goes into those three minutes on stage. When you watch a final video from a wedding sangeet or a studio showcase, you are seeing hours of break-downs, count-training, and laughter. My approach, whether I'm working with a professional troupe or a bride learning her first step, remains the same. I don't believe in boring, rigid drills. We break down complex movements into simple 'toe, heel, cross ball' patterns until they feel natural.
The Judge's Perspective
Being a judge at competitions like 'The Showdown' and 'Rhythmia' has given me a unique eye for what makes a performance truly stand out. It is not just about technical perfection. It's about the energy, the connection with the audience, and the joy of the dancer. I bring this same perspective to my private choreography sessions in Paschim Vihar or via online classes. When I help you structure a routine, I'm thinking about the stage presence, the lighting cues, and how you look from the back row.
Join the Family
This is not just a place to learn dance; it's a creative space. From my journey on DID Supermoms to running my own national-level competition, 'Genre', I’ve lived the hustle. If you're looking for choreography that feels personal, or if you just want a space where you can let go and groove, let’s talk.
