The Experience
I’m big on the idea that food isn’t just about taste. We bring the kitchen out in the open - my live food stations are where the magic happens. You’ll see tandoori grills blazing, chaat counters (chatpati, full-on tangy and spicy!), and if you want sushi or dim sums, I’ve got that covered too. Think of it as a real experiential dining experience, not just a buffet line.
Food’s got to look as good as it tastes. With Sakshi Tuli styling the plates, you get artful buffet presentation - copper pots, microgreens, edible flowers, all that jazz.

I’m rooted in Indian food, but I love mixing things up. Modern Indian, fusion stuff like Pulled Masala Jackfruit, Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern - you name it. I do plant-based and Satvik menus too. If you’ve got dietary restrictions, we handle those without fuss.
