When we managed the dinner for the Kohler Chairman, we focused on the precise timing of silver service and the rhythm of the food flow, proving that real luxury lies in the execution of the smallest details rather than just the menu choices.
We view catering as a performance. Whether we are setting up a tandoor for live grills or managing a sit-down silver service dinner, our goal is to maintain a high standard of quality. We do not use standard buffet templates. Instead, we plan every menu based on the event size and guest profile. For our Director’s Cut tier, we focus on logistics: butler service, crystal glassware, and precise timing. Our team brings experience from ITC kitchens, which means we understand how to manage large-scale corporate demands while keeping the food fresh. From North Indian classics like Dal Bukhara style preparations to Pan-Asian stations, we focus on consistent flavor and professional presentation. We handle the setup, the staff, and the cleanup, so you can focus on your guests. We are based in Delhi NCR and can travel for specific events.
