I was not always a dog trainer. I spent eight years working in HR before I decided to follow my true passion. Changing careers was a big leap, but I have absolutely no regrets about dedicating my life to helping people and their dogs.
This is a look back at the three years since Mishti walked into our lives. From a tiny puppy to the confident dog she is today, she has taught me so much about patience, love, and communication. She is the heart of TailSpin.

I spent eight years in HR before realizing my true calling was right in front of me—my dog, Mishti. She taught me that a well-behaved dog is not about commands or control; it is about communication, patience, and mutual trust.
