About Pre-Adoption Counselling
Thinking about getting a dog? It’s super exciting, but not easy-breezy. I get that you probably want to skip straight to the cuddles, but trust me, a little planning saves a lot of stress later.
What I Do
I guide you through every big (and small) decision before you bring a new dog home. My goal is to help you build a bond with your adopted dog that actually lasts, not just pick a pet and hope for the best. I’ve worked with all sorts of families and dogs - from total first timers to folks who already have a zoo at home.

- Choosing the right dog for your lifestyle, not just the cutest one. We’ll get real about your daily routine, energy, family, and even your house size. Every home isn’t made for a high-energy Lab, yaake (why), right?
- Prepping your home for a new puppy, including must-have gear, easy puppy proofing tips, and setting up routines.
- Honest advice for first time dog parents. Stuff like how to handle play-biting, why puppies need so much rest, and getting your pup to actually listen from day one.
- Busting breed myths - because every dog is different, and labels aren’t the full story.
How It Feels
Sessions are chill, full of real talk, and open to all your silly questions. I’ve done this with folks in different cities (even Canada!), but if you’re in Bangalore, we can meet in person. End goal: you’ll walk away feeling sure you’re ready, not just winging it.

My Story
You know, TailSpin started with a leap and a wag. I left my HR job in 2018 and fell headfirst into the world of doggos thanks to my Indie girl, Mishti. She’s the boss here, honestly. Got her face tattooed on my arm, so you know I’m serious. My family and Santhoshgopady backed me all the way. Now, every day’s a new adventure with tails wagging and hearts full. Mishti’s still my teacher. Life’s good.
