About Poomsae (Forms) Practice

In my classes, we don't rush through forms. You will see students holding a deep horse stance for minutes, perfecting their balance before they even think about throwing a punch. It is this slow, repetitive focus that builds the muscle memory needed for high-level competitions and effective self-defense.
