About Kicking Drills & Techniques
Most students want to jump straight to flashy, high-level kicks, but I make them stay with the basics. The real secret is in the 'chamber' and the standing foot. If your chamber is weak, your kick will never have snap or power. In my sessions, we drill this repeatedly against resistance pads, not just the air, so you understand exactly how to generate force from the ground up.
Technique is the difference between a wasted effort and a fight-ending strike. In my classes, we don't just practice kicks. We break them down into chambers, hip angles, and impact points. Whether it is the Dollyeo Chagi or the Spinning Hook Kick, the secret is always in the setup and the follow-through.
Most people think speed is just about moving the leg faster, but it is actually about knowing how to hold back until the last millisecond. We use heavy-duty kicking paddles and live partner simulation because you need to feel the resistance to understand recoil and balance.
We train across Andheri West and Goregaon West, creating a space where the noise of the city fades and discipline takes over. If you are looking for an instant fix, this is not it. If you are ready to put in the reps, even when your legs are tired, you will see the power you are truly capable of.
Our Focus Areas:
- Dollyeo Chagi (Roundhouse): Generating torque from the standing foot.
- Hook Kick Accuracy: Mastering the hip rotation and the snap.
- Poomsae Flow: Keeping technical discipline even while moving.
- Partner Drills: Understanding distance and timing under pressure.
This is not just a hobby. It is conditioning your body to react. If you are ready to start, come by for a trial session.
