Bringing rhythmic energy to your stage. Whether it is classical accompaniment, high-energy fusion, or live band sets, I adapt my tabla to fit the vibe of your event.

Accompanying a talented flutist for a rendition of Raag Miyan Ki Malhar. This monsoon raga has a beautiful, calming melody, and the tabla provides a steady rhythmic pulse like falling rain.

A live band performance of the Sufi classic 'Preet Ki Lat' by Kailash Kher. Jamming with a singer and guitarist in a cafe setting creates such a great vibe and connection with the audience.

Here I am demonstrating a Paran in Rudra Taal, an 11-beat cycle, during a live outdoor performance. I first recite the 'bols' (the spoken syllables of the rhythm) and then play the composition.

A beautiful collaboration with a vocalist singing Raag Brindavani Sarang. In classical performances like this, the tabla and vocalist are in constant dialogue, responding to each other's improvisations.

Having fun with a fellow tabla player, practicing a self-composed Chakkardaar Paran. Playing together, or 'jugalbandi', is a great way to sharpen skills and create complex, layered rhythms.

A snippet from a TeenTaal solo performance. A solo is where I get to explore the full range of the tabla, from intricate compositions to powerful improvisations, all within the 16-beat structure.

Performing a Kayda in an 11-beat cycle during an outdoor show. A Kayda is a type of structured composition that serves as a theme for improvisation, allowing for creative exploration.

A fun and energetic tabla cover of the Marathi Lavani song 'Wajle Ki Bara'. This shows how the tabla can be adapted to lively folk music styles from different parts of India.

An event poster for a solo performance I gave at the Kala Srishti International Group Exhibition. It was an honor to be invited to perform at such a prestigious art and culture event.

Just a fun jam session with my bandmates on guitar and bass. Sometimes the best music happens when you are just having fun and experimenting with different sounds.

About Live Stage Performances & Collaborations

When I step on stage, my priority is the mix. I arrive 45 minutes early for a soundcheck to ensure my tabla’s resonant bass sits perfectly with your sound system, whether we are playing in an intimate cafe or a large festival.
