About Adult Swimming Classes
I believe in being in the water with you, not just shouting instructions from the deck. Whether you join a small group batch or opt for 1-on-1 private coaching, I guide you step-by-step through breath control and floating before we move to strokes. My focus is on ensuring you understand the mechanics so you can swim a full pool length independently.
My Approach to Adult Swimming
Many adults approach me with a fear of water or the belief that they have missed their window to learn. That is not true. My coaching method is designed to strip away the anxiety and replace it with proper technique. Whether you are a total beginner or a swimmer looking to refine your butterfly or breaststroke, we work on water acclimatization, breathing, and body position first.
Choose the Format That Fits You
- Beginner Group Batches: These run in 15-session cycles. It is a shared environment where you learn alongside others, which keeps the energy high and the pressure low. We cover everything from the basic starfish float to swimming a full 15-20 meter length.
- Private Doorstep Coaching: If you have a pool in your society, I can come to you. This is 1-on-1, 12-session training. It is typically faster because you get my undivided attention, allowing us to focus entirely on your specific learning curve.
- Advanced Squad: For those who already swim, these monthly subscriptions focus on stroke mechanics, endurance laps, and speed drills.
Practical Details
- Locations: I operate out of my base in Chinchpokli and travel for doorstep coaching across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
- What to Expect: Classes range from 45 to 60 minutes. For beginners, I am in the water with you for corrections. For advanced squad members, I coach from the deck to analyze your stroke mechanics.
- Safety: I prioritize safety above all else. We use kickboards, pull buoys, and proper lane discipline to ensure you are safe while you push your physical limits.
