About A Glimpse of Our Indian Curries
I don't use restaurant shortcuts like excess cream or cashew paste to thicken my gravies. Everything starts with whole spices and fresh vegetables, slow-cooked in my own kitchen so you get that real 'ghar ka swaad' without the acidity or heaviness you get from commercial places.
When you order a curry from my kitchen, you aren't getting something reheated or mass-produced. I follow old-school Punjabi and Multani recipes that rely on the quality of ingredients rather than thickeners.
How I Cook
- No Preservatives: I don't use artificial colours or preservatives. The deep red or rich yellow colours you see come naturally from the tomatoes and spices I use.
- Fresh Grind: I grind my own ginger-garlic paste and roast my spices, just like I would if I were cooking for my kids.
- High Flame Cooking: You will notice my sauces have a distinct smoky aroma because I finish them on a high flame in a traditional wok.

Since I operate out of my kitchen in Patel Nagar, every order is made fresh for you.
