Authentic Homemade Chutneys & Preserves
Taste the real magic of mom’s kitchen. My chutneys and preserves are crafted in small batches using traditional recipes, pure jaggery, and zero preservatives—just the way home food should be.
This is my Aam ki Chutney bubbling away on the stove. I cook it slowly to get that deep, rich flavour. The best part is the 'gutli' or mango stone, which soaks up all the sweet and tangy juices.
A close-up of the finished sweet and tangy Aam Chutney. You can see the soft chunks of mango in the thick, jaggery-based syrup. It is a perfect accompaniment for parathas or just to be eaten by the spoonful.
About Sweet & Tangy Chutneys and Preserves
Unlike store-bought jars packed with refined sugar and preservatives, I slow-cook my chutneys using only pure jaggery. I prepare every batch fresh after you order, so you get that authentic taste exactly like you would make it at home.
My approach is simple: old-school recipes, no shortcuts. My Aam ki Chutney isn't just pulp. It is slow-cooked with the inner seed shell, or gutli, to get that full-bodied, authentic flavor that you won't find on supermarket shelves.
Why my jars taste different
- No Refined Sugar: I use only jaggery to sweeten my chutneys and murabbas. It gives a deeper, natural sweetness that balances the spices perfectly.
- Sun-Dried Pickles: My pickles go through a traditional sun-drying process to remove moisture naturally, ensuring they last without any chemicals.
- Freshness First: I do not keep stale stock lying around. When you place an order, I get into the kitchen and make it fresh.
Whether you want the spicy Lahsun ki Chutney to pair with parathas or a jar of Amla Murabba for your daily Vitamin C, you are getting food made with love, not mass-produced inventory. Everything is prepared in my kitchen in Patel Nagar, using the same ingredients I would feed my own family.
