Our Signature Homemade Pickles & Chutneys
I make these recipes just like my mom taught me—old-school, full of flavor, and absolutely no preservatives. Here is a look at my full range, prepared fresh in my home kitchen in Gurgaon.
This video shows my products ready for you. From open jars showing the texture of the pickle to stacks of freshly labelled jars, this is what 'homemade' looks like. You can see the 'Less Oil' promise right on the Aam Achaar label.
A quick tour of the different varieties I offer, including Nimbu Achaar, Lahsun ki Chutney, and Aam ki Chutney. Each one is made with care in my home kitchen, ensuring you get a fresh, preservative-free product every time.
This is what a meal at my home looks like. A full table with parathas, rice, curries, and several of my homemade pickles and chutneys. It shows how my products are a part of our daily family meals.
About Our Full Range, Packed with Love
Every jar you see here is a small batch. I don't use industrial processes or preservatives, which means I rely on traditional sun-drying and Kacchi Ghani mustard oil for that perfect, tangy Punjabi punch. When you order, you aren't getting old stock from a shelf; you are getting a fresh jar that was packed just for you.
My kitchen operates on the simple philosophy that food should taste like home. Whether it is the Jagadhri Aam achaar made with raw mangoes and fennel, or the winter special Gobhi Shalgam Gajar, every recipe avoids the shortcuts you find in store-bought jars. I use significantly less oil than commercial brands while maintaining that authentic, chatkaredar profile.
Why my jars are different
- No Preservatives: Everything is preserved using natural methods—salt, oil, and sun-drying.
- Jaggery Over Sugar: For my chutneys and murabbas, I strictly use jaggery (gud) to get that sweetness without the refined sugar.
- Small Batches: I don't mass-produce. I make what is needed, which keeps the flavors sharp and the texture right.
The Range
- Pickles: From the classic Aam ka Achaar to my spicy Lahsun ki Chutney, these are the staples of a proper Punjabi meal. If you try the Aam ki Chutney, don't miss the gutli—it is the best part.
- Murabbas: My Amla Murabba is packed with 70 percent fruit density. It is slow-cooked to ensure the syrup gets right into the core, keeping it soft and flavorful without relying on artificial additives.
I deliver across Gurgaon. Since I manage everything myself, the batches are limited—reach out to see what is currently ready.
