About Music for Wellness
Why I Do This
I believe music is for everyone. "Gaana chaahiye!" (You must sing!) - that's my motto. Even if your voice isn't perfect, singing can help you feel lighter, happier, and more yourself. I know what it's like to feel unsure about your voice. My own journey was full of comparisons and doubts, but I learned that singing with emotion is what really matters.
What Happens in My Sessions
- Singing isn't just a hobby here - it's a way to heal and let go.
- We use music as therapy, not for perfection but for expression.
- Emotional healing through music is real. Sometimes, you might cry or laugh - that's all part of the process.
- Singing for mental health: We focus on releasing happy hormones and fighting stress naturally.
- Simple breathing tricks and Omkar meditation help you find your natural voice and feel more relaxed.
- I teach you to sing with 'bhaav' (emotion), not just technique.
Who Can Join
- Anyone who wants to feel better, not just sound better.
- Groups, colleges, corporates - I run workshops for teams who want a unique wellness boost.
- No scary training, just joyful singing and mindful music meditation.
Gaat raha, khush raha! (Keep singing, stay happy!)

My Story
Namaskar! Mi Manasi Kelkar Tambe. Yes, my mother sings brilliantly, but my awaaz (voice) is not like hers - asthma made it hasky. People always compared, but my guru Patki ji said, 'tuza bhaav khup changla' (your emotion is your strength). I teach those who feel singing isn't for them. Anybody Can Sing, it's about joy, not perfection. Sagli dukha palun jaatat (all sorrows run away) when you sing from the heart. That's Swarmaanas.
