About Timeless Black & White Portraits
When I come to your home for a session, I do not use heavy studio lights or complex setups. I rely on natural window light and the comfort of your own space, which helps your baby stay calm and comfortable. This is not about perfectly posed shots, but about capturing that genuine, sleepy-eyed bond you share in those first few weeks.
Why Black and White?
Color can sometimes be a distraction. In these sessions, my goal is to strip away the noise and focus on what matters most—the texture of a baby's skin, the curve of a mother's embrace, and the raw emotion in a shared gaze. By removing color, we create images that feel classic and focused entirely on the connection between you and your child.
The Process
My sessions are designed to be stress-free. I block out 1.5 hours so we never have to rush. If your baby needs to feed, sleep, or just be held, we pause. The environment is always your home, where both you and your little one feel safest. I use a portable backdrop or simply the natural light by your window to create that moody, artistic look.
